Healthcare in *Private* (i.e., for-profit) Federal Prisons

So this Politico story mentions in passing:

Families of people in [private] prison would also benefit from the elimination of fees for services like phone calls, banks, and healthcare that can sometimes be exorbitant.

 So if you're incarcerated in a for-profit facility, then you have to pay for healthcare.  Wow.  Just wow.
